Ed's Dry Rub

Ingredients

1 Tblsp Sea Salt

2 Tblsp Coconut Palm Sugar

2 Tblsp Paprika (smoked or sweet)

1 Tblsp Oregano

1 Tblsp Black Pepper

2 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp Onion Powder

1 tsp Thyme

1 tsp Marjoram

1 tsp Parsley

1 tsp Celery Seed

1 tsp Cumin

1 Tblsp Chili Powder

1 tsp Mustard Powder

½ tsp Cayenne Pepper

¼ tsp White Pepper

½ tsp Basil

½ tsp Fennel Seed (ground)

Directions

With a mortar and pestle, combine all ingredients to a fine consistency. Store in an airtight spice bottle. Add desiccant packet to prevent caking. Yields about 1/2 cup.
